Frei Haus – LEG Mieterzeitung – newspaper – from landlord / object management to lessees

This is a newspaper, which was distributed for free, to all lessees of LEG (owner and object managment company of some thousand appartements in germany).

For building up interest, stories about the life of a facility manager, receipes, and more were used and mixed with subliminal pushes, which should help to build a community and to keep the lessees calm and friendly in daily live in their community. Stories, pictures, layout had been developed in a two person team, with a lot of fun, as we usually never had too much to do with this kind of newspapers.
